My water coming in from the curb burst inside my house the Friday evening of Memorial Weekend. I contacted Rapids Plumbing 1st thing on Tuesday and was told they would do their best at getting out to at least take a look and possibly get us fixed. I was called a couple hours later stating that my problem was fixed and we now have water. The quick response we have received form this company has been 2nd to none!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. They made me feel like we were their only customer and that goes a long way with me. Thank you Rapids Plumbing and Heating!!!!Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Tech was friendly, efficient and did quality work.Unlike another company that wanted to push me out over a year, Rapids responded quickly even though repair was not an emergency. I would definitely recommend them.

The business owner answered my call and was very helpful. He sent Shawn to my house to fix a leak under my trailer house and a couple months later to fix a leaky toilet. Both face to face encounters with Shawn and calls were met with professional consideration, very quick service and kindness. The bill mailed to me later both times was fair. I’ll never call any other business in this area for my plumbing and heating needs.Service: Toilet repair
