We had a great experience at Floor to Ceiling in Grand Rapids, MN. Bob Miller was very knowledgeable and customer friendly in helping us pick out carpet for our living room. I can't sing their praises enough! Bob and Kyle helped me far more than I could have ever expected. Not only did they help me narrow down what I wanted for our remodel, they walked me through every step and handheld along the way! Our project was a big project including flooring throughout the main level. I came home to our house tonight and saw the final project and almost cried! It is so beautiful and better than my brain could ever imagine.
The crew that came out and did the work is seriously the nicest group of guys and are not just fast at their job, but meticulous, and clean! It doesn't even look like it was a construction site! Seriously, I can't thank...read full review
