We recently purchased a seasonal property in Northern Minnesota and were in need to have someone inspect the cottage. Jamie and Mari Jo kindly agreed to inspect our house in spite of the fact that it was located outside their stated service area. The inspection took several hours and they were very professional thorough all aspects of the assessment - structure, roofing, exterior/interior, electrical, heating, plumbing, insulation, attic and crawl space - resulting in a detailed report a few days later. In addition to being very nice and friendly while carrying our their work, they pointed out things that we should pay attention to and possible solutions to issues that needed to be remedied. The final report detailed their suggestions with justifications and priority. We learned a lot about our new property by "shadowing" Jamie and Mari Jo during their visit.
