The two ladies who work at the front desk together on weekends are basically a humanity shield. It’s like they’re actual robots trained to spew off gross, stiff corporate script when someone dare try to transfer a massage. You’d think I asked for her to bend the sun’s rays or stop time or something - anyway…
I paid $75 yesterday to still decline my massage because they made me feel so uncomfortable being in the building that I simply had to leave - oh but I couldn’t leave, because I didn’t give a 24 hour cancellation notice.
