Called this morning, as my Air Conditioning decided to stop cooling yesterday. Talked to Sam, who said he may not be able to get someone out until the following day. Called me back 5 minutes later and said someone would be out in around 20 mins. Lucas showed up and did an awesome job of diagnosing the issue and letting me know the repair costs. Fixed it SAME DAY!!! Wonderful service, couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.
The service tech that came to 1350 Bassett Creek condominiums was very thorough on cleaning my furnace and air-conditioning and also did some tuning to specs of the furnace. I thought he did an excellent job very friendly and I would have them come back again and do it in a couple years again thank you for sending our very reliable and knowledgeable tech.
Noah contacted me and let me know his ETA well in advance. He arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem and found a solution within minutes. Extremely patient and professional.
