“This has been one of the better experiences I’ve had at the dentist. The office is clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It had been awhile since I went for a cleaning but they were kind with their approach and not judgmental. I also had to have a crown put in—I didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment and they design and make the crowns in-house. Dr. Steve walked my through everything they were doing. Additionally he was really good about giving me all options and explaining the benefits and drawbacks of them all—I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into the most expensive options, in fact his recommendations were usually the middle of the road options. I’m so happy I found this office and that it’s so close to my house!“

They determined that I have an infection on an old implant and gave me a reference to a periodontist and a prescription for an antibiotic. Overall , they were great!“

“All the dental hygienists I've had at Dentistry For the Entire Family have been courteous, friendly, and proficient. They make pleasant conversation while doing a quick job of cleaning my teeth.

They use a combination of traditional instruments and sometimes ultrasonic instruments. X-rays and are taken with a digital camera and records are stored in an electronic health record program. They seem to take notes of all sorts of things including personal items that might be interesting as conversation pieces during your next visit.

The examinations from the doctors are usually brief but friendly.

I've been using this dentist for nearly 20 years and would gladly recommend it.“

“Dr. Kwon is very professional, he explains everything very well and has a very pleasant manor, he cares about his patients. I trust him completely.

The office emailed me to let me know they were back open for business since covid 19. I called and they answered my concerns and assured me it was safe. I made an appointment and was very impressed with all the safety precautions that were taken. I don't know of anything they could do better. Great job!

“I've never had a dentist be as thorough as them. Usually, when I schedule a cleaning, they just clean my teeth, maybe take some x-rays, and send me on my way.
Here, at the first appointment, they poked around my gums to see where all my bones were at and marked numbers as to how much or little inflammation there was. It wasn't fun, but I appreciate them being thorough and explaining everything to me in detail.
Also, all the staff I spoke to there were all very friendly.“

“Mother and I had been patients at Crystal Dental care for 15+ years. Mother ended up switching insurance and moved us to various other practices in recent years. Here I find myself several years later (now on my own policy) switching back to Crystal Dental Care.

They are very organized, friendly and trustworthy, and have never tried to upcharge us or do things that are not necessary.

The amount of times I’ve had other practices cancel on me last minute (one time while en route), misplace things, tack on random education fees that insurance doesn’t cover, give incorrect estimates etc forced me to go back!
