The hospital was responsive and attentive to our pet and our needs. We were there for emergency services, which can be a long wait, and there was complimentary coffee and a vending machine and a bright, clean environment to wait in. I was treated well even though this isn't my primary clinic and we were new to them. Grateful for that.
My dog was hospitalized for a health issue and her veterinarians were absolutely fantastic. they updated me every day. They also had visiting hours in the evening so I could see her after work. They saved her life and were incredibly kind. So lucky to have this resource
Very thankful this hospital is available as a resource for our community. They were kind, understanding, and got my dog feeling better after a gastrointestinal scare. Also, because my dog is dog-reactive and can br human-reactive, there is an added need whenever she gets care. The staff rolled with the punches & didn't shame us or make me feel uncomfortable for coming with her safely muzzled. While it can be expensive, it's 100% understandable. They work odd hours & triage on the fly. They were still able to provide adequate care within my budget limitations (luckily my girl wasn't in severe distress since we came in immediately).
