After many years of neglect, I had four area rugs cleaned by American Rug Laundry. The service was great and the results were wonderful. The personnel was knowledgeable about the kind of rugs I had and the best method for cleaning each of them. After cleaning, the colors of my handmade rugs were vibrant again, and even the battered fringed sparkled. The folks at American Rug Laundry even gave me tips for how to deal with future spillage and stains. Given the size of my rugs and how much abuse they had taken before being cleaned, I thought the price was very reasonable.

All of the contacts I had with the staff were helpful and courteous, even the gentleman who exchanged someone else's rug for our rug. We left town shortly after our five rugs were returned from the cleaners and we didn't bother to open the rolls before we left. A week later we returned, opened our rug-role and found a lovely rug that wasn't ours. We called the company and they got right on the situation. We had our rugs back within a short time.
