The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the decency of the front desk lady. I didn’t catch her name, but she is about the only positive from our interaction.May 3rd, Josh (the blueprints drafter) came to our home to measure our home for the remodel we intend to break ground on Spring 2022. He was nice, hopeful and told us 2 weeks til we would have plans.May 26th, we called to check in as it had been 3 weeks and no phone calls had been made.
