LIAR AND THIEF - DIDNT FINISH MY HAIR STYLING, KEPT MONEY AND HAIR THEN GHOSTED ME--SEPTEMBER 21, 2023
COMPLETLEY DISGUISTING BEHAVIOR-SHE IS SHADY AF She requested full payment upfront didnt finish my hair the first day, promised to finish my hair the second day but didnt show up. (Me taking off work just to show up for all of these appointments she didnt keep) Promised to show up the 3rd day but didnt show--now she has been GHOSTING ME Since Monday 9/18/2023 and has the rest of the hair I purchased is at her shop going on four days of blowing me off to receive a refund for an unfinished sytle and my hair
All I wanted was a cute hairstyle for an event show Ive been planning for 2 months now and now I dont have the MONEY, TIME or HAIR because of this woman. This was supposed to be a great experience and turned into a week of hell trying to pin her down and just ask for my money back so I can atleast get my hair done elsewhere. She isnt registered for BBB and for good reason such as this.

I just got my crochet locs done today and they service was amazing she even fed me I felt like I was at home I totally recommend getting your hair done here my hair turned out really good!

I had a great experience at Victoria's braiding! Very friendly staff the stylist described in detail the plan for the day which put me at ease! Parking right out front which was a bonus.i went into the salon to get box braids and I brought my own hair nut supr

Did not get a quote when I asked for one. She started to work on my childs hair I asked again what the cost was ? she gave me a quote of $280 for starter locs. I said I can't pay that amount. Then said I will give better price. I walked away for a bit to try and figure out what to do! I came back and asked again what will the price be? told $180. Over charged next time I will go to a professioal who will be upfront and clear about the service and attend to her client . Chatting on the phone and distracted from what she was being paid to do. I did get quotes from other salons and the rates were lower.

If I had the option to give no star I would where to begin this lady is unprofessional my girl went to her Monday 9/17/2023 for faux loc and this lady didn’t even finish half her head and wanted to finish the next day because she haven’t ate mind you she already got paid $250 up front first red flag what shop doesn’t finish their clients hair the same day or offering half payment if she couldn’t finish prime example why you can’t trust people now the next day comes haven’t from this lady my girl had to blow her phone up to figure out when to be at the shop now here are the excuses she states she had a leak on the bathroom finally got a call at 7pm had her on speaker and she had the nerve to say her muffler fell off on her car then said she went to the shop but left her phone now she didn’t feel like coming out and blamed my friend for missing money because she expected a new Client but my friend had to take off three days long story short she text my friend saying she wouldn’t be able to do her hair and she is driving can’t text but your vehicle was just messed up and you was not willing to come finish what you started and I believe she only played her because she isn’t black and her first time going to a shop now she is out of $250 GOD don’t like UGLY.!!
