My aunt has been employed by this company, for more than 4 years. The staff ensures sure she has what she needs. The company has had it times when they have been at fault but they resolve it as quickly as possible and with great sincerity. To my understanding I don’t really know much about this stuff but so far she has been taken care off.
The staff was incredibly kind to my grandmother and handled everything with great care. Even when mistakes were made, they took full responsibility, apologized, and promptly fixed the issues. It's so refreshing to see such a level of dedication and accountability. I highly recommend this nursing home for their exceptional service
