I had a really terrible experience with Jessy. She was so unprofessional through out my interaction with her. First of all, it was going to be my first time braiding my hair with her, and as such, i called her to schedule an appointment. We agreed on a time/day and that i would give her a call or text her if anything came up and was unable to come in. On the day of my hair appointment, she texted me two hours before the scheduled time to check in ( at 11.08am) and see if i was coming in, i replied an hour after ( at 12:06pm) to confirm that i was coming in ( since i was in a work meeting and my phone notification was muted). She said i replied too late and accepted a work-in client. Mind you, i gave her no reason to believe that i wasn't coming in at the time we agreed ( which was 1pm), i replied her text message and even showed up at 1pm to make my hair. She gave me an attitude and said that clients usually cancel on her and that's why she accepted a walk-in client. She said i should wait another 2-3 hours to finish up with her walk-in client. Safe to say that i left without making my hair since i already planned out my day. This behavior is totally unacceptable and i regret ever contacting her. I would highly discourage anyone from going to her business.

You said i rained insults on you and yelled at clients/ colleagues, you are a terrible liar. You had only one client ( the walk -in client) and a colleague that was about leaving when i came in ( literally an empty salon). I only spoke to you, not the client, not your colleague that was in the back room and left some minutes after). By insults, do you mean me calling you unprofessional to your face? Asking how unfair you've been to me? Expressing how frustrated i am that i moved my work meetings to fit in my hair appointments? and leaving after you specifically said that i would be waiting about 2-3hrs for you to finish up your walk-in client's hair? I didn't abuse you not one time but hey! Be my guest, embellish your story to fit your narrative. Like i said, you were and are unprofessional and will never and ever do business with you.
