Just finished buying my serving used diesel truck from Friendly Chev! Both times my experience was great and Tony Vo was my salesman. I’m an experienced mechanic and pretty familiar with dealership sales “tricks.” Although it’s in their policy that they don’t negotiate the sale price of a vehicle they still give a fair trade offer and will work to beat other dealership trade in offers. Tony really went to bat for me this second time around trying hard to get trade in and financing numbers where I wanted/needed them. Everything was clear on paper and once again I was given as much time as I needed to look the truck over and review all paperwork before signing. The only thing they missed telling me was a $400 “Pulse Activate” plan. However it was clear on paper and when I asked what it was they had zero issue explaining it. I believe this was optional but I chose to leave it there. It may have been an oversight that they forgot to mention versus trying to hide it there but I’m not positive. But that would be the only thing I can even remotely say “bad” about it. Otherwise both times my buying and trade process was fast, clear, easy, and more importantly FRIENDLY!! I usually do not like dealing with dealerships and the hassle of them, but Tony has changed that for me. I’ll continue to come back to Tony any time myself or someone I know is in the market for a new vehicle. He is very upbeat energetic and professional. Makes the buying process much less “robotic”
