From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. I want to specifically recognize Mike, the manager, and Becca, both of whom went out of their way to be reasonable, patient, and human in a situation that is often stressful and uncomfortable for people.
Corey came to my house to test and Jumpstart my battery. He was successful in getting it started and was courteous and professional. I'll ask for him if I need help again. Thanks Corey and Citywide.
Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Kyle helped me, and he was so incredibly helpful and AWESOME!! He was there within 30 minutes after my tire had a catastrophic blowout from a factory defect; my car didn't come with a spare, just an air pump with tire sealer in it. The tear in my tire was so large that the sealent just leaked everywhere. I was totally stuck. Anyway, Kyle was there 30 minutes quicker than he said he'd be. So great!! It was an extremely stressful situation, but he was calm, quick, and kind. He was very careful with my car, and he came with a flat bed. He backed my car into the bed slowly and carefully.
