Picking up a vehicle from an impound lot is never a fun experience—but my visit to Citywide Towing in Blaine was a reminder that people make all the difference.
From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. I want to specifically recognize Mike, the manager, and Becca, both of whom went out of their way to be reasonable, patient, and human in a situation that is often stressful and uncomfortable for people.
Corey came to my house to test and Jumpstart my battery. He was successful in getting it started and was courteous and professional. I'll ask for him if I need help again. Thanks Corey and Citywide.
Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Kyle helped me, and he was so incredibly helpful and AWESOME!! It was an extremely stressful situation, but he was calm, quick, and kind. He was very careful with my car, and he came with a flat bed. He backed my car into the bed slowly and carefully. I truly believe he treated my car like it was his own.… read full review
