The frame consultant was extremely helpful when trying to choose frames. Dr. Alber’s care was appreciated; he answers all questions and truly cares for the health of the eyes. My second visit exceeded my expectations! Dr. Beers took time to explain all of my questions and concerns. He provided detailed discussion regarding all of his findings. Since I wanted to order new glasses, Judy took the time to explain everything including me being able to just order new lenses to fit my current frames. The Eye Care Center deserves the 5 Star rating again!
I realized I just had the best experience in years with my visit this morning. Everyone was professional, helpful, friendly and they made an eye exam a pleasant experience. ( other than the dialated pupils of course)
I've been to the Fridley Eye Care Center three times. The first time was for an eye examine. All of the staff were great -- very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. After my examine, an associate helped me select frames and options which met my needs. She understood that cost was important to me and I needed to limit my options to those covered by my insurance. There was no hard sell.
Not long after that, I returned to the store to pick up my glasses. Again, the staff was great.
Today, I visited the shop for a third time because a screw recently came out of my two- or three-yr-old glasses. The technician (mechanic? surgeon?) in the back was very helpful....read full review
