I have only had great experiences here! The front desk staff is super welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gutfleisch is awesome! He’s so upbeat and personable. He really seems to know his stuff. I ordered contact lenses through Target for the first time today after my eye exam. I felt the price was very reasonable and I could use my Red Card for an extra 5% off. It was super quick and easy. I love that they’ll be shipped right to my house! Very happy with Target Optical Fridley!
Dr. Gutfleisch is super nice and personable. Very efficient visit. I showed up early and was able to start my appointment early. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Girls at the front counter are also very helpful and friendly. Not sure why this place has any negative reviews.
Dr Lance is amazing however the people he have to work in the front sucks!!!! I just walked in and didn’t even talk yet to her telling me wait. Had me wait for 30 minutes to tell me he’s not in and they left me voicemails! BS! I have no voicemail but I do have a stupid text telling me I have a freakin appointment!!!
