Outstanding service, very professional, and educational. Very ethical...took the time to properly diagnose why the compressor wasn't starting, rather than recommending a new one. Justin is a very knowledgeable and an upfront honest-caring person. He went through all the problems the AC was having, ran his diagnostics, replaced a few parts, fixed a few extra minor issues , installed a new thermostat, checked air ducts and got everything going properly. 100% quality work. Justin is a GREAT and HONEST technician! My central air unit wasn't working and he was the 1st to respond the day after Memorial Day. Which I've called 8 other repair facilities and I still haven't gotten a call from any of them. He got my A/C back up and running, even though he left my home at 11:30pm.
