Happy with the service, setting up an appointment was easy, this is first time ever using a junk removal service, everyone was great from the customer service on the phone, to the 2 gentlemen who showed up for the junk removal, very professional and also patient (I was a little late to meet them) glad I called KNS! Amazing customer service team to set up our appointment (all by text, which I loved), and the team that showed up to remove our stuff couldn't have been more professional and friendly! Plus, they were in and out in 20 minutes to remove a mattress, box spring, and a large couch. The picture shows where the couch was (blank space on right wall) and where they hauled it out (slider door on left wall). Also, I got 5 quotes before going with KNS and they were by far the most affordable. Not to mention, this job was for my Dad who is a Vietnam Vet so they gave us a 10% discount. Highly recommend!@@
