I was not a patient, but had a dental emergency, and Forest Lake Family Dental fit me in the same morning! Everyone there was fantastic, my problem was solved quickly, and I couldn't be happier. I've decided to switch dentists, and already scheduled my next cleaning.
This is the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Barthold does such a great job and is really focused on patient comfort. He makes sure I have plenty of time to get numb before he begins the work. And he is good at giving breaks or using a bite block to help me hold my mouth open. And the hygienists are so kind - I love Hailey - she does a great job. Cleanings are a breeze, she is very gentle and fast, which I love. Even though I moved half an hour away, I have continued to come here, because this kindness and quality are so hard to find!
I am picky with dentist. One it gives me anxiety and also I haven’t had a great experience with hygienist. I don’t remember her name. I am just bad with names. My hygienist she was really nice. Cleanings gives me anxiety. She listened to my concerns and she was kind. We need more people like her. Also my dentist he was good with explaining things. Straight to the point and things that I could do for my teeth. I wish I just started with this location at first. For anyone that has some sort of dental anxiety this is the place to go.
