EXTREMELY RUDE, CONDESCENDING, DISRESPECTFUL.
KAREN WORKS HERE (Forest Lake). I have a special needs kiddo and a 3 year old. I'm walking in 4 mins late, my kids are both scared of the stares and going up slowly. Through the glass I see a hygienist behind the reception desk with her arms folded across her chest shaking her head no. We finally make it in the door, I say my child's name and the hygienist holds up her hand to stop me and says,
"just so you're aware, you're over 10 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment and I'm not sure what benefit your son would get from this appointment."
