From the owner coming to give us a personal quote, to the tech who did the work we had such a fantastic experience! Zach, the tech, was so kind and respectful of our home and very informative when we asked questions.
He found a petrified dead bird in one of our vents of the home we just moved into. He also cleaned our dryer vent which he said was close to catching fire because there was so much stuck in it, including a couple birds nests.
We have zero bad things to say, and all the good things to say about Zach!

Cardinal Carpet cleaned our carpet and stair and did an outstanding job! Everyone that I talked to were outstanding. Very nice and professional. The two that cleaned my carpet were hard workers and friendly. They answered all my questions.

My journey started with Mark coming over to do a review and estimate for duct cleaning. No sales pressure, and he was good about explaining everything. Tony the technician came and cleaned all the registers and intakes and I'm so glad I called! There was so much dust, diet and other particles, construction and toys that were found. This is a new place for us in the last few months and I'm excited to be have clean air to breathe!
