Too many positives.... 1st visit my repair man was about an hour early... might be negative for other people. BUT A HUGE PLUS for me. Less time waiting around that 4 hour window. Done with the apt and get to move on with my day. Biggest positive also, was I received a call before he arrived, so if it would have been an issue, I could have said so. Just super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Went above and beyond. He even helped me with my oven issue. Amazing company and employees. Thank you!!!
