We are pleased with our service for air conditioning maintenance. The technician replaced the filter and the cleaning reduced the draw on electricity at start up. This is going to reduce the amount of electricity used and when we have a big group over this summer, we won’t worry about keeping the house cool!
Brian did a great job. Very complete and informative. We have 6 units to do so it takes time! I found out about an option to add to the heat pump to soften the startup electric draw and lessen the strain in the compressor so I am adding that as a much needed option. Service is fantastic and you get what you pay for but over $1k is a bit hard to take
Ruben came out this morning for a no heat issue. While the issue didnt get resolved(bigger than anticipated) he was very professional and courteous. Very straightforward with the work he did, what we might be expecting looking forward and a breakdown of everything.
