Connor answered all my questions very thoroughly after having my lines freeze. He gave me information that he did not have to give because technically he was not out on a service call. Very nice of him.
I have worked with Peine for both my business and personal home. Working with Wayne and Sam from start to finish has always been great. Wayne is easy to communicate with and kept me informed throughout the projects. Sam is a hard worker, very efficient and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Peine for any of your heating and plumbing needs.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Connor. Our water softener was on the fritz leaking out the back. He came in recommended we get a new one but was willing to see if a new O-ring would fix it for us, to buy us time to get a new one. Water softener had other plans and blew the bypass valve apart... water everywhere...sorry you got a mid day shower Connor. He was genuinely trying to help and save us money showing my husband how to do things.
He truly just wanted to help and we appreciate him so much for being compassionate and an honest businessman with 100% integrity.
Appreciate everything he did for us today
