From my very first phone call with Andrea to the day of my procedure, and beyond- my experience was flawless! Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional.
Dr. Reinsbach was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my initial exam, personally walked with me to my procedure, and even called afterward to check on my recovery. That level of compassion and personal care is something I’ve never experienced before, and it truly sets this clinic apart.

I had some eye lid surgery done a week ago by Dr. Reinsback and his team and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and described everything he was going to do in surgery. I will recommend to my friends.
I cannot be more pleased with the service and compassion I received while getting Cataract Surgery in my left eye. The Cataract was due to a side effect from retina repair Surgery late 2024. Dr. Reinsbach & his team were just awesome and so informative before the surgery, during, and after. Sometimes you feel like a number, but not here, it was great with everything happening just as explained. I had UV lense put in so required additional appointments with Dr.Schaefer to correct vision.
