Based on the reviews, K&M Heating & Air Conditioning is a solid company with fast, reliable service. They came to the rescue when the AC was out during 90+ degree days and even when a family was just home from the hospital with a newborn. The communication was amazing, with prompt calls and texts keeping customers informed. The technicians were fabulous to work with, friendly, and kind. They diagnosed problems quickly and got units up and running, often within 24 hours. For one replacement, they were done by 2:30 after starting at 8:30. Another customer had a new furnace and air conditioner completely installed within 48 hours. The service was reasonably priced, and they took the time to walk customers through the entire process. The reviews state you cannot go wrong with this company and recommend them for any AC or furnace issues or replacement.
My AC went out. He got here within an hour or so and was able to get it running. His knowledge, friendliness and fairness are incredible. I will only use K & M for any heating and air conditioning need. I highly recommended them!
Josh and Casey from K & M. Heating And Air Conditioning were fabulous to work with. They came and diagnosed the problem and came back the next day and fixed it.
Our HVAC unit was installed by a different company in 2024 and we had had constant issues but now our air-conditioning works like a dream!
The communication was amazing! They called and texted promptly and kept us informed of what was going on.

Another vote of confidence for an obviously solid company. 4.9 stars doesn't happen by accident.
Our story: we were literally 24 hours home from the hospital after bringing home our newborn baby girl. And of course, that day happened to be stupid hot with heat indexes pushing 110.
We're hibernating in the upstairs bedroom enjoying some peace and quite with our baby, but eventually the room temp reaches 78 and I realize, this isn't just a hot day. Lol.
Of course the AC was out. Being very DIY type, I considered trying to troubleshoot a bit myself. But five minutes outside with the multimeter and I threw in the towel.
