I rented a salon suite at The Commons connected to Haute for the past year, and it was a great space to work out of with an even better landlord. The move-in-ready suite made transitioning my business seamless, and the newly renovated building is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
With consistent foot traffic from other small businesses and the tanning salon, I was able to build a solid clientele and connect with so many people in the community. I would absolutely recommend anyone interested in running an independent, beauty-related business to reach out to Cole—he was incredibly easy to work with and truly supportive throughout my time there.
Owner was working and SUPER friendly and explained so many things to me. I was just passing thru town and needed a quick place to tan as I would not be back to my own taking salon in time that day and was working on building a tan for vacation. I got a tour of the whole building and all that they offered, it was clean, welcoming and very organized. Even had some personal care products for sale which I also purchased. Great place, I'll for sure stop in again when I'm traveling in that direction.
I've only been there three times. Every time it's been a different girl working. But all three were very nice and helpful. They answered my stupid novice questions. I would recommend this place if your looking to get your tan on.
