Excellent customer service! I think it was Kurt I spoke with, he had pricing, lead time from Manufacturer within 10 minutes.. I called several other places and most took my information then never returned my call - seemed to be a difficult part to get.
Excellent customer service. Couldn't find a part and a man (Kent, I believe) went to some trouble to locate exactly what I was looking for, going above and beyond in my book. Thanks, Ferguson. You're my place for plumbing and hvac from here on out! ?
