From making the appointment to the date of, communication was seamless. The results were 1000 out of 10! Years of stains, gone! Keith explained how to battle any new stains going forward, what I might expect and how to care for the newly cleaned carpets. The professionalism and entire process couldn’t have been a better experience!

I help out a woman who desperately needed her carpets cleaned. I seriously didn't think that cleaning the carpets would do it, thought she might need to just replace it. I was wrong!!! I couldn't believe how nice the carpet looked after the cleaning!!! Looks like brand new catpet!!! VERY happy with the results from CCS cleaning & restoration. And loved that they send a text when they are headed your way along with a picture of whose coming!!

On very short notice, the team showed up to clean carpets in my late mother-in-law's condo - she passed a couple months ago and we needed the carpet cleaned badly. Team arrived a (much appreciated) few minutes early, and proceeded to do a flawless job of returning a really dirty carpet to a fit state. Managed to remove/diminish some really heinous stains, and effectively deoderize the room after many years of smoking. There is more to be done in the condo and I won't call anybody else to do all the work there or at my own house. Can highly recommend for all your cleaning needs!
