This review is from a worker (former now), I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Bauer, I started work here at 17 and was given an opportunity to grow and really learn this industry. The people I worked closely with and the environment I worked in daily was nothing short of amazing. I can truly say they put there heart in the work they do and really put the customer first, they have a standard of excellency and live up to it. The owners have been great to me and have been a great inspiration and teachers for me. Bauer Restoration was great to work with. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and helped manage communication with our insurance company expertly. What started as a water leak in the kitchen of our investment property turned into extensive water damage, mold, and a secondary leak in the bathroom. From the initial inspection with Bruce, working with Jake throughout construction, and communicating with Anna in the office a stressful process was made easier and completed in a professional manner.
