“On Saturday morning an old water conditioner suddenly sprung a leak which I couldn't turn off. Unfortunately, the outside temperature was below zero and no one was immediately available as they were dealing other emergencies at that time.
Nonetheless, Steve was contacted and he arrived about an hour later. He removed the water conditioner which hadn't worked in years and repaired the water line. Steve was totally professional and did an expert job!
