I wish I could give this place less than one star. The girl that did my nails was rough and took two hours to make my nails look like a child had done them. I asked her if she was a student or new. She said No why? I was so irritated that the owner was there, saw how agitated I was, looked at her awful job, shrugged and left for the day. I refused to let her put polish on and told them if they refused to fix it then I would have to go somewhere else. I received no apology or offer to make it right. I have never been this disappointed in a nail salon.

I had been coming here for 3 years periodically.
And I had thought the owner to be nice and welcoming.
Until I came today for a scheduled pedicure only for the owner to snap at me !
I asked her opinion about a color choice and if she had a specific color.
She then told me “I have eyes I can see for myself. Don’t ask her” out loud. With a Customer
drying her toenails. I have always treated her and her staff with great respect and tipped well always. I did not deserve the disrespect nor to feel uncomfortable ,embarrassed in front of another person. Been going here for a while. Not been super happy with their service. But on today’s visit, we had scheduled at 9 AM appointment. She had me write my name in the 9:00 AM spot. I waited 30 minutes for them to show up and then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I should know what hours they open. There’s no time on the door. And proceeded to tell me that she never makes mistakes, and then told me she was so upset that she couldn’t do my nails. Horrible customer service. Whether it was her mistake or my mistake it should’ve never been blowing that much out of proportion. I would not recommend this place unless you’re desperate to get your nails done.
