Jamie (I believe was his name), was PHENOMENAL. I run a trucking company and had an issue with a truck that needed resolved immediately. He put me in contact with a local to help get the job done considering my driver was 1500 miles from home and he was able to directly help us! He was absolutely amazing. After we got the main issue resolved we needed a wheel switched from one rim to another and he graciously helped us right before close. I 10/10 recommend him! Had brake issues with pedal floating to the floor. A good friend had recommended car parts to me. I drove all the way down from the cities 2.5 hours to have them look at my truck. 2002 f250. They were very fast at getting it in and diagnosing the problem. Communicated very well and fast. Corrected the problems and replaced only what was needed. I ordered a part from this place and they had it shipped to my door within a few days. I ended up not needing the part, but it was exactly what I ordered and packaged with care and in perfectly usable condition. Their office was really nice when I needed to return the part, and they handle all the shipping label mess.I've shipped heavy parts before, and it's not cheap, so being able to use their return service pricing is actually a great price. Hassle-free returns with a restocking fee is going to beat any return where you have to pay the shipping but no fee. I will definitely keep this place on my list of parts dealers.
