Below zero, middle of the night, and the furnace quit working. Called the emergency number and a tech came right out. The old furnace was replaced in less than 12 hours by the crew from B&C. They competed the warranty registration the next business day. Thank you.

Keith explained my options up-front so I could make an informed decision on the best equipment for my needs and budget. Price was very competitive, and it was easy to schedule the work at my convenience. All questions were promptly answered. Donny and crew completed installation of a new high-efficiency furnace and A/C unit. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Donny took time to explain details and features of the new system. The installers arrived promptly and were meticulous about cleanup. I worked with 4 or 5 different plumbers before I contacted B & C and I must say they are excellent. They are prompt in responding, dispatching their plumbers, and ensuring that the work is done as promised. Specifically, I am thankful for Corey, who did a great job fixing our leaky faucet last year and returned to check on other problematic faucets. I strongly recommend B & C, and I will definitely contact them for my future plumbing needs.
