I’m taking my time to write a 5-star review because this company deserves it. I originally signed up with them for snow removal service because I was so happy they supported the Minnetonka school district and PTA organizations in the district. They are very reliable for snow removal service! I then decided to use them for fall cleanup, and I’m so happy I did. Mostly I’m happy because I don’t have to do it, but also because they have been very consistent in their leaf pick up. For years, I have struggled with people not showing up. Not this company! While something as simple as finding a snow removal company would not typically prove to be a challenge, we were shocked to learn otherwise.We had a family emergency and needed immediate assistance- Kris even called us back after hours, while her family was eating dinner, to make sure our needs were met (we had contacted over 20 companies). After our failed attempts of completing the online paperwork, she was patient and ended up doing everything over the phone for us...to make sure all of our needs were met and addressed. We purchased an older home with a lawn that hadn't been taken care of for years (perhaps a decade!). The weeds had taken over the entire front lawn, with a number of different weedy species. Over the last two years Nate did an unbelievable job rehabbing the lawn and getting rid of nuisance species. We wanted to hire local, and are very happy with our decision to work with The Greener Blade. Highly recommended.
