When I have had a follow up question or need, they are responsive and timely. I think their products are priced fairly, of superior grade, and an excellent value. On May 20th, the sky was pouring rain, when I noticed water dripping from our bedroom light fixture. Our roof was 21 years old, so we had been discussing its replacement. We had been referred by a friend to Incline, who had used them numerous times in the past. I called them up, a bit frantic about the leak, and Kayla had Justin run over within an hour! He leapt into action, getting on the roof, taking pics of the hole in the roof, and putting in a temporary patch!
