My wife and I were admittedly carpet neophytes when we were scammed by a disreputable carpet store--651 Carpet, for the record. We contacted Excelsior Paint and Design, with understandable trepidation, to re-do the entire project. The difference in the experience was nothing short of profound. Not only did Excelsior Paint and Design make no claims that they were not prepared to honor, they exceeded every assurance they gave us. Jean, the in-store sales representative, listened to my wife's requirements and then led her directly to the perfect carpet.
