“After my grandpa & lifelong dentist retired, I was on the search for a new Doctor so I decided to give Navarre Dental a try based on the fact that they use the Solea Laser instead of novocaine. And I am SO impressed with this place. Every person I interacted with took so much time & care to get to know me & make me feel comfortable.

I worked with Dana to get scheduled. She was friendly, inviting, and so kind to work with my schedule. She got me in ASAP even though they were booked out for months & even later got both of my appointments combined to one after someone rescheduled. I met with Sue who was just lovely and then Dr. McCullough who is beyond knowledgeable, up to date on the latest & greatest technology, and actually took a decent amount of time to get to know me before she did the exam. I then had Regina clean my teeth and she was gentle, took her time (but also got it done way quicker than I expected), and educated me on the benefits of Fluoride (while many, including myself, are skeptical of it). And I appreciate that she didn't pressure me to do it.

Overall, I left feeling so positive about my experience and my teeth felt great. While I love my grandpa (and I hate to say it) but I enjoyed my experience with Navarre Dental even more than my time at his practice! These ladies are the BEST.“

“this is probably the best customer service/ service I have ever had. I haven't been to the dentist EVER due to depression and severe anxiety. I decided to go for the first time here a few years ago. I was so affraid they would judge me for having trouble taking care of my teeth/ never going to the dentist. But Dr. Merissa Richter and the assistants were INCREDIBLE. they didn't judge for one second or ask questions. they also went through all the steps with me and explained how EVERYTHING works. Even the assistants were amazing about when to come in and understood financial situations when most places push you to schedule to get more money, they told me to take it easy and to come in when I can financially afford to and also said they wont overwork on me so i dont get burnt out!! The fear of the dentist of my entire 27 years have gone down thanks to dr Melissa and the lovely assistants. “Having been with Merry Dental for 30+ years my wife and I will never leave. A recent situation astounded me because of the sheer persistence of Christy and Dr. Merry. My insurance company resisted paying for a significant portion of a procedure correcting a tooth that was replaced with a crown. Christy chased this down for the better part of a year. I was kept a breast of progress or lack thereof (by my Insurance group). I finally decided to just pay the remainder just to not create more work for Christy. Low and behold after all this time Christy sent me a note indicating that they got the Insurance company to pay the balance and I would receive a refund from Merry Dental. How refreshing is that. They are the greatest. Great people, Great guidance and performance on anything we've done for 30 years. We'd stay another 30.
