the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I hadnt been to the dentist is a few years and hated my previous dentist. inhad lots of work to be done and never had that feeling of being scolded for not flossing enough or brushing enough. they just want to make sure your teeth are taken care of.

My first experience with Shakopee Dental was excellent. I had gone to Park Dental for 25 years and loved them. I had to change for insurance reasons. The processes are completely different. I feel like the thoroughness is by far superior at Shak Dental. The technology in their cameras is just incredible. I learned so much today about my teeth. I'm happy to learn all of this to take appropriate action.
this is probably the best customer service/ service I have ever had. I haven't been to the dentist EVER due to depression and severe anxiety. I decided to go for the first time here a few years ago. I was so affraid they would judge me for having trouble taking care of my teeth/ never going to the dentist. But Dr. Merissa Richter and the assistants were INCREDIBLE. they didn't judge for one second or ask questions. they also went through all the steps with me and explained how EVERYTHING works.
