Coleman Home Inspections did a very thorough inspection on my new home, and had a great relationship with my realtor. After the inspection, they were more than willing to discuss options for repairs, and explain in more detail, so that the seller knew how to get the things that needed to be fixed done. Travis took pictures of all the issues with the house so we could refer to them later with repairmen. A super friendly, awesome guy, too! Highly recommend!
