Very thorough and informative with the inspection. He has walked through both houses I purchased with me and pointed out everything he noticed. Highly recommend. Hopefully he is still around in 5-10 years when the next home is purchased.

Our family hired Travis for a home inspection based on a recommendation from our Realtor as well as the many positive online reviews, of which are incredibly accurate. Travis was excellent to work with. His passion for and investment in his work and in local real estate is obvious. His knowledge, expertise and thoroughness were top notch. He went above and beyond to provide not only a thorough inspection / report but also recommended future maintenance concerns to budget for. Travis had his customer's best interest in mind. Travis was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. He took time to walk my wife and I through the entire house, explained all of his findings, answered all of our questions, and suggested repairs where he could see them. He was clearly a very experienced contractor and knew exactly what to look for. The report was very detailed and included pictures and descriptions of all of his observations. Very happy with the service and report we received.
