The variety of her classes keeps you on your toes and keeps you coming back for more! I never regret a workout at Just1more... only the ones I miss!! Sandy's positive energy and genuine care for her clients puts her above the rest. If you haven't tried a workout yet... what are you waiting for! Oh and I forgot to mention all the wonderful people you will meet and laugh with when you are sweating buckets and feeling the burn!!!
