Everyone was very nice and welcoming! Answered all my questions and concerns. Doctor is great at his job and very nice! My Dental Assistant was wonderful made me feel comfortable in the chair! :)) I definitely recommend for dental work!
I had a short notice appointment today at Otsego Dental as I had a dental crown come off late the night before while water flossing my teeth ahead of bed time. I texted Dr. Sheils right away this morning and they responded quickly back that they could see me at 2:40 this afternoon. I arrived on time and the staff checked me in immediately. Joni came and got me right away and prepped for the crown work (Joni is great!). Dr. Sheils did an excellent job in fixing my crown. I highly recommend Otsego Dentsl and Dr Sheils and his staff! Otsego Dental to me is known for their careerism, which makes me feel good about going there for my treatment. I haven’t seen them in a while but I just recently visit them. the staff made me feel good because they all said we missed you. So important to me keep up the good work
