Amazing company! Making the appointment was fast, easy and quick. The Receptionist was nice and responsive. The Tech communicated ahead of arrival and was on time, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, pro-active and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. This is the first A/C HVAC company I've worked with that is very clearly SERVICE first! Damon (Tech) is a Rock Star; you're lucky to have a loyal employee like him! Majestic installed a new AC for us ~ 1.5 years ago under a home warranty agreement. This summer, the AC was “out” from an external tripped breaker and to us it looked the breaker looked damaged. The AC ran again but we wanted it looked at. I called Majestic and they sent the technician who installed the unit out to inspect the issue the following day. He inspected it and gave it a clean bill of health and taught us about what we were looking at. In addition, they didn’t charge us for this which totally unexpected but very appreciated. Very pleasant and friendly staff to work with both over the phone and in person!
