Kelsey is the best at what she does! She takes PT another level and goes above and beyond to know her clients and support their goals during therapy. I highly recommend Lift PT. She is amazing with my kiddos and ensures we have enough time pre planned on her schedule when we need it.

Kelsey is simply fantastic. Drove down from Brainerd as our daughter has been dealing with chronic tightness in calf, Achilles & hip flexor tightness for over a year with no relief from any other previous methods attempted. After the first session and it was a night and day difference in tightness, soreness and range of motion. She is a gift from the heavens if you have an athlete dealing with current of nagging injuries.

Fantastic care! I love how she made sure that my 13 year old understood the mechanics of his injury and treatment. She checked in with him throughout the session to make sure that he was comfortable with each treatment and that he was understanding everything. The followup after the treatment made me feel she was invested in his health and wellness. So glad we went!
