Front desk lady older, short gray/black hair bob style is no help. Came in with c-diff severe stomach pains and she was very short asked for id cards. I had the ones on my phone off the health partner app and she said it wouldn't work. I asked her how do I enter in my insurance then. She said I don't know on the app. Tried to do so and said what should I click here. She said I can't see it. I stood there trying to figure it out and she said you can have a seat. Didn't make eye contact once. Very cold and disappointing. Not the front desk service one would think they would get (even a little bit) at a hospital. I walked into the wrong office for my primary care doctor appointment. Instead of directing me to the right office, the "medical professional" said they could see me there. I did NOT ask to be seen there. I gave my diagnosis, which they were unable to provide any treatment for. But instead of directing me to someone who could provide the necessary medical treatment, they added me in and had me wait. The PAC came in and all she would say was you should see a primary care doctor. They did not care that they prolonged my condition by another day because of the wait there and inability to make to a primary care doctor appointment again that day. The receptionist are awful! They are always taking short cuts, couldn't care less about you, and don't know how to do their job. It's pathetic that this place hire the most incompetent women. Take yourself/loved ones elsewhere. Don't put yourself through the frustration!!
