I finally found MY chiropractor!! Dr Laura Mullennex was fantastic to work with. She explained everything that she would be doing and I appreciate that. I felt she was so personable and just easy to talk to.Jenn

I found Ideal Health by complete happenstance but am so glad I did. I've been going for a few months consistently to see Dr. Laura for my prenatal adjustments and she has been amazing! Super friendly staff, lovely clinic, easy scheduling (you can text them for appointments if you don't want to book in advance!). I would highly recommend.

Ideal Health Chiropractic is amazing! The last chiropractor I went to would do the same adjustments no matter what I said. They listen here and work with you even if you can’t go as many times as they would like (to give you the best results). I go in every time and they listen and get me back into tip top shape! I would highly recommend!PS. They do X-Rays to pinpoint what you need done. Last place I went to did not do that and I called around and not too many places did that either.

We are a family wellness practice. What exactly does that mean? It means we’re different than other offices. While we want you to get pain relief as fast as possible, our goal is to correct the underlying cause of your problem and to shift the way you think about health. For example, most people think covering up symptoms solves the problem because they no longer feel the pain (like taking something for a headache). That’s just not true. Symptoms, things like muscle tightness, acid reflux, bed wetting, numbness & tingling, neck stiffness or low back pain, are warnings that something isn’t working right in your body. Our job is to locate the cause and correct it, thereby allowing your body to function at its best.
