My daughter saw Lisa for PT for a shoulder injury. Lisa was amazing. She used a variety of techniques including stretches, deep tissue massage, cupping and dry needling. She listened to her goals of getting back to her sport and adjusted her therapy accordingly. I would highly recommend iBackcheck!
I came to Lisa with a swollen and painful knee because of moderate arthritis. I’m a recreational runner and was concerned my running days were over. She set me up with some exercises meant to support and strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint.
I credit Lisa as well as a visit to an orthopedist for making it possible for me to run my first marathon one year later. Thank you!
Ibackcheck is a great place!! I would recommend them to anyone. I have been seeing Renee Hancock and she is amazing, I would also recommend her to anyone. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She truly loves her job. I worked with Renee when I was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis, and now my post op rotator cuff surgery. Renee isn't afraid of a challenge, always trying to come up with the best plan to help me with my recovery. In the next year I will be having knee replacement surgery as well and my plan is to use Ibackcheck with Renee again. Thank you Ibackcheck
