I don’t think people take the time often enough to recognize great work when things are going well, so I wanted to make sure I did.
The team at Heritage that is currently working in Prior Lake, MN has been incredible to work with. John, Tyler, and the entire construction crew have consistently shown professionalism, respect, strong communication, and genuine care throughout the project. The site is always clean and organized, questions are always answered, and the team has gone out of their way to be supportive and responsive every step of the way. This allows me to focus on my own role and not have distractions the build.

Our experience with Heritage was excellent. Communication was a breeze and we were consulted on every step of the project. The contractors were courteous of our business and employees. The work was flawless and completed ahead of schedule.
We couldn't be happier with the entire experience we had with Heritage, their entire team, and our day-to-day partners, Andrew and Nick. We gave the team an especially difficult process; be our partners in rebuilding the beloved family cabin while adding a new, separate house, all the while being 7,500 miles apart (we live overseas). Heritage worked seamlessly with our architect and designer and delivered a result that exceeded expectations. Except where we made changes, the team delivered everything on time and within budget... and more than a year later continues to respond and resolve to any remaining teething issues.
