Cienna was lovely. We ended up cutting off almost a foot of my hair and it feels lighter and healthier than it has in years. We chatted easily about current events and our lives while she washed, trimmed, and styled my hair. 10/10 would recommend her.
Becky is absolutely the best- my daughter is 2.5 and I’ve been going to Becky to cut my hair since my little girl was in a carrier at 6 months old. My Quinn had her first salon experience today with Becky and it was so good. Becky takes great care of my kids and I. We drive 45 minutes from Mound to see her. She’s always patient, she’s authentic, has fixed a bad haircut I had when I cheated on her once ?, and she’s so good at her job- a true professional! Go see her! You will not be disappointed!
I am very happy with my cut and color! However, I do think that your stylists should wear name tags! Many of them do not introduce themselves and this could eliminate the customer having to ask.
