I am very satisfied with services at the Elk River Eye Clinic. All staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable. Dr. Hess is excellent. Explains everything in detail. Does not rush the exam and always willing to answer questions, discuss options. Wide variety of eyeglass frames available if needed. Kristy is an expert on helping me decide on the appropriate frames and is always excited to do it.

I have had many eye exams as I’ve worn glasses since I was a teenager. Elk river eye clinic was the best exam I have ever had. I feel like they did the most extensive eye exam for health and my prescription that I’ve ever had. I left feeling like my new glasses will be the best I’ve seen (after seeing through the machine-2 weeks for my new glasses). I have already recommended them to others. Glasses are expensive but that is normal for a quality pair- if you wear glasses you know the cost ?
